Nobody can hear me on skype mac

Uninstall Skype by opening your Applications folder , and drag your copy of Skype to the trash. Empty the trash. Download and install the latest version of Skype.

If the webcam and mic work through your web browser just fine, then there's a problem with the offline version that needs to be taken care of through a reinstall. Replacing your microphone would be a good idea at this point, assuming it's an external mic.
